-
i think its ok that you play in other key than the original but u could mention that in the video so beginners know that
-
@CrashCourseMuso fair play mate, people need to be able to play in different keys anyway when it comes to singing a particular piece :)

Well outside of the fact that this is in completely the wrong key, you aren't showing people how to "Learn to play 'Since You've Been Gone'", you're only showing the intro and chorus riff. Where are the verses, bridge, and solo? There's a lot more to this song than 4 chords!

dude. you really should use the right key to show beginners how to play it. who GIVES A TOSS (as you so eloquently put it) what key you sing in???
-
I suppose you could play any song wherever you want on the fretboard, but when people ask if you know the chord progression for a certain song, especially a Blackmore Classic they want the real deal.

Cool! Great easy was to learn to play guitar!
This is why you Learn first and play later. This is totaly wrong. Its in the Key of G. The intro is G, D,E,C.

@nightbreaker Ooohh, I see the "Must Play In The Original Key" police are out. Yup, you're right, the original key is in fact in G, but I sing it in the Key of D - hence my guitar tip was how to play it in D - Who gives a toss anyway? Play it in whatever key you fancy, but in D the chords are D - A - Bm - G and in the key of G they're G - D - Em - C.
Peace.
