put on hakama depend on the style you learn.
Actually my way is similar
to this.
But most important thing is
avoid tying in your back when you train martial arts,
say jujutsu ,taijutsu or Aikido etc.
Do not make a knot in your back,
to avoid injuring your back.

ça c'est de la synchronisation. Quant au problème de visualisation du nœud que certains ont exprimé ici je dois dire qu'il ne se pose pas pour moi. Peut être un mauvais réglage de la luminosité de l'écran?
