Big Wave Dave Byers

The Big Wave project is a live/work community that will foster independence for adults with developmental disabilities. Located near Half Moon Bay, 30 minutes south of San Francisco, Big Wave will provide its Wellness Center residents with emotional, financial, and environmental sustainability in affordable, eco-friendly housing. The project will feature eight acres of wetlands restoration; green, affordable housing, and an organic farm in a co-op community setting. The Wellness center will provide vocational opportunities, recreational activities and a safe community for developmentally disabled individuals.
