Cann't help thinking of all those others who burnt out equally fast - Aprile Millo comes to mind - and wondering if they would have traded five or six years of glory for anything else. Who was it wrote "My candle burns at both it's ends, it will not last the night ..."

But she is not a good actor. She sings the music with an incredible ambition, but as if did´t knew what is she singing about. No expression... she is standing there like a singer in the conservatory concert, But Tebaldi was not better in her stage presence.

I agree totaly, But there are many singers like her, only that the opera star system doesnt help. Nobody is searching for charisma like this Elena Suliotis had. A dramatic singer (sopran or tenor) need a very carefull training and respect. It´s quite e holy voice and needs more attention.

She sings it with great ambition so that she overcomes very well all difficulties perfectly. Bravissimaaaaaa.... But I don´t understand what happened to her. Why has she lost her voice? I think it s the same problem that meny soprano had: depression, insecurity in the star system is fatal... But its a pity because there are not many singer like her! What a perfetionist...!!!!
