Like all vinny's videos. Love seeing progress. I usta use P90X but kinda stop using it because I was getting lean but not puttin on that muscle that I wanted. So I switched over to vastmuscle (.com) and saw the results I was looking for. Keep it up

hey there tried your workout , totally awesome. found the secret. saw the shoulder example and ran with the no rest concept for my back and finally stimulated my lats.

I disagree with the assertion that 6 rep sets won't put enough strain on the muscle to induce growth. You may be decreasing the time but you are increasing the tension. I also don't get the point of the pullovers with the deadlifts.

just want to know why you mixing upper and lower body parts
like chest and legs usually when i read it says that you should do upper with upper and lower with lower
