Did you make a video on Kvass? KBAC? It's all over Russia but unheard of in the west. I found it to be very strange but I could get used to it. You can make it at home, buy it in a store or at a street corner out of a barrel

I ferment green tea and other herbs using a Symbiotic Colony Of Bacteria and Yeast (SCOBY). This is known as Kombucha which is very mildly alcoholic (.5 to 1 percent) and is actually healthy to drink due to nutrients and symbiotic bacteria.
