Food, and various other things need to get through daily life. Last time I checked health insurance for my family would be over 1000 dollars per month. So I don't think anyone would ever CHOOSE not to insure themselves or their children.

Ok. Im assuming from your decor that you still live with your parents. So you are coming at this from a very ignorant point of view. I make the 50-75k that you speak of. I am blessed with a job that still provides healthcare for me and my two daughters. But, if they didn't there is no way I could afford to purchase insurance on my own. What you are forgetting is. Taxes, Mortgage, home insurance, Water, Gas, Electric, Clothing, Car payments, auto insurance, Childcare, Fuel for the car,
