"Angel From Montgomery"- Susan Tedeschi Cover

My Dad introduced me to this song and we sometimes play it together. One of my favorites to sing. :)
The song was originally performed by John Prine. Bonnie Raitt's version is the more popular one. And a ton of others have covered it as well... But I do the vocals that Susan did in her's.
And if you don't know Susan Tedeschi, you should. She's amazing. :)

Very good version. My own favorite is a version that a Toronto band called Leslie Spit Treo recorded about twenty years ago, it was up tempo and still really gorgeous.
