Okay, I don't even know what happened here. I heard this song and immediately had to vid sam and dean! It's so beautiful and haunting and makes me cry everytime I hear it. This is my first A/R video, and I was terrified that it wouldn't come out good but you all seem to like it, so thank you! I definitely think there's room for improvement but I can't thank you all enough for all the amazing, supportive comments!

PREMISE: Basically the video starts where season 5 left off -- dean goes to live an "apple-pie" life with lisa, because he made a promise to sam.

Then, the video starts chronicling the journey that these boys have been through together. The epic battles; the pain, angst, defeat and love that they shared. Midway through, dean realizes he can't keep living a normal life with lisa, it's killing him inside.

He's tired of the "weight on his shoulders" and hates himself more and more each day that sam is gone. Lisa begs him to stay, but he can't because sam is the only thing in his mind, in his heart and in his soul.

He leaves. 5 years later, dean is in a different city (take your pick) and checks into a motel where he relives the final moments of sam's life. He takes pills and plans to kill himself because he can't live with the pain anymore.

Castiel appears before sam (who, unbeknownst to dean, has made his way out of the pit; fully human and brought back by god. He thinks dean and lisa are happy and so he travels alone from town to town.) Castiel informs him about dean being about to kill himself and tells sam, "you have to stop it." -- He then transports sam to the motel where dean has just taken the pills. Sam gets there just in time to wake dean up.
