The house at 27 Annapolis Way in Newburyport on Plum Island being torn down due to the effects of beach erosion. Quite a sight to see as you think about how long it took to build the house as compared to how long it took to destroy.

  • I believe the road should still be usable, I know 1 of the houses is directly to the right of the one being torn down in the video, although the people living in it say they will not let the town tear it down.

  • hey, we are going to stay near this road in the summer, is the whole road being pulled down???

  • @colapip There are 2 other homes next to it that are threatened by the erosion, but I think unless you are staying in those houses you should be fine in the summer.
