Trina and Buddy's fences were built on Dec. 20, 2009 by the Charlotte chapter of Coalition to Unchain Dogs. The Coalition provides free fences for dogs who live continuously at the end of a chain. they should make the owners of these dogs be on a chain for just as many days as they chose to chain their "beloved" pets.
