It is a feel good movie scripted in the lines of Bollywood blockbusters at that time - Hum Aapke Hain kaun & Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge. The story is wafer thin riding the strength of scene executions and presentations. This was about two families which seperated by a marriage brought together after two decades by the marriage of their kids. Bhavani elopes with Prasad on her marriage day facing the wrath of her brother Sadhanandham thus severing the ties with them. Bhavani is blessed with three girl babies with Mahalakshmi (Tabu) being the eldest. About 20 years later, Mahalakshmi joins Pilot training and unknowingly ends up becoming guest of her uncle Sadhanandam's best friend. Love blossoms between Sadhanandham's son, Seenu (Nagarjuna) and Mahalakshmi and when truth surfaces, the lovers face opposition that ultimately strengthens their love, finally all ends well.
