I usually don't publish my adapted lyrics until a native speaker (or, in the case of Latin, a more experienced scholar) has critiqued and later approved my work. However, the people at the forum where I asked for feedback are being frustratingly unresponsive, and I finally got desperate enough to post the current version with the caveat that it is a "tentative" text. All you Latinists out there, don't be shy about critiquing my grammar and/or idiom. Rip me to shreds if you have to! It's how I learn.

In case theres any confusion because of the ambiguity of the term "Latin," the language here is that of the ancient Romans. It is NOT Spanish. If you clicked on this video thinking it was a Spanish version, I apologize. Personally, Ive grown to despise the use of "Latin" to refer to anything else besides the original language itself. "Hispanic" is a better word in my opinion.

En caso de que haya alguna confusión debida a la ambigüedad del término "Latin", el idioma aquí es el de los romanos antiguos. NO es español. Si hiciste clic en este video creyendo que fuera una versión en español, te pido perdón. Personalmente, he llegado a odiar el uso de "Latin" para referir a cualquier cosa además del idioma original sí mismo. "Hispano" es mejor palabra en mi opinión.
