Virginia Delegate Bob Marshall is a candidate for the GOP nomination for the U.S. Senate; and Conservative Roundtable host, Howard Phillips had the opportunity to interview him about his service in the legislature, his campaign, his beliefs and the important issues of this year. The nominee for the seat being vacated by John Warner will be selected at the Virginia State Republican Convention in Richmond, May 31, 2008. http://www.BobMarshall2008.com
Delegate Marshall worked at the Office of Economic Opportunity with Mr. Phillips in the 1970's, helping to cut government spending. He contrasts his stand on key issues with the views of his opponent, Jim Gilmore on amnesty, pro-life and other issues; and details his fight in the legislature against unconstitutional taxing authorities. In November, he would face Democrat Mark Warner.

Go Bob! We need a real leader in the Senate, someone willing to use the rules to best advantage to stop abortion, amnesty, socialized medicine and the liberal GOP leadership's support of liberal bills.
Bob Marshall is that man so if you are a delegate to the convention, please go and support him.
