Step by step! The good thing (and sometimes bad :P) about speed skating is that suddenly small changes can make a big difference! Just do the rights things... :)

wow... such amazing improvement. Keep up the good work! A few comments if I might...
1. Clue to beginner skaters: most of the timing issues and what looks "different" has a lot to do with Kevin's arm swing. Stark contrast. In the first, he's not really sure what to do with them, but in the second they are helping create a solid push.
2. Left foot is still "late" in turn, or set down too soon, because the left hip is not driving "in" to the turn.
3. Bobbing in straight. Power loss

@brucehudson Keep it going Kevin! You are so talented (especially walking down stairs on your hands). Although that won't help your corner, the proprioception must help with learning technique so quickly. I struggle some of the same things. We all do. If you are ever in Milwaukee, I look forward to meeting you and doing some laps real-time. Jeter
