Babies laugh and babies cry. Sometimes for no reason. It is part of life. These two are adorable little ones. Don't chastise the parents when it shows that both parents tried to calm the little girl down. Be a parent to your own kids and not other people's babies. The "shame" is that people make mountains out of mole hills. Giggle on little one!

I appologize if I over reacted but I for one can not stand to see anyone upset like that and especially a baby. They are both precious babies. I do know the pressure of having twins and keeping them entertained is a job in itself.

@b903301118 Thank you. They are my grandsons and I watch them during the week, and even though they wear me out I wouldn't trade being with them and watching them as they explore this new world of theirs. I just posted more videos if your interested.
