Google Jose JImenez. It was a stereotypical Latino character done by Bill Dana who was an astronaut. It was hilarious back in the day, but in this instance it was obviously meant to be insulting.

What surprised me was the lack of Hispanics after that, every meeting I've looked at had like three.
