I got these and my lady bugs kept escaping but I found them and put them back... And then they escaped AGAIN!

I have what I believe are eggs galore all over the dome part and I wonder, will those babies be ok? Do ladybugs tend to their young or are they a threat to them? Will I be able to watch another generation of ladybugs as long as I'm providing raisins (soaked) for the adults?
