Two arm specific bodyweight exercises. With this type of training, who needs equipment?
Before BodyWeightCulture started bring out a large variety of Body weight exercises many people believed that besides squats, sit ups, crunches, push ups, pull ups, chin ups and dips there are not other exercises out there.
Some people also did lunges, leg lifts, crab walks, bear walks and burpees, but even that was considered a stretch.
You can work any body part and here is a proof. We are proud to be the first to bring these exercises out.
You can work any muscle group together or in isolation with body weight exericses. Those groups include.
Chest
Shoulders
Back
Legs
Abs
Foreams
Arms
And if you want to go further, you can isolate with body weight training the same way you can with Weight training.

  • first one is mainly triceps with chest and shoulders stabalizing and the second is pretty much just back with a tad bicep, just stick to wide grip pull ups for back chin ups for biceps and dips with weight for triceps far better than these

  • @VxHx55 To make it easier, instead of putting your legs on a raised surface put your hands on a raised surface. This will make it easier. When you wanna make it harder just go to a lower surface and eventually the floor

  • what is the name of the song ?

  • @Celciusss are there any variations of this pushup that'll make the triceps bigger? i find this hard to do so what are other ways of doing it?
