And how long were you on his diet? It takes a life time to set your body up for a heart attack.

I've read several books and took nutrition in college knucklehead. You believe in the old theory of thermodynamics (energy in energy out) when it comes to the human body. It's proven that this does not apply to humans. Watch the video "JumpstartMD presents Dr. Peter Attia on the Role of Fat in Weight Loss" on youtube. A doctor explains how he increased his calorie intake from 2,500 to 4,000 and lost 30 pounds in half a year. Explain that dumb ass?

... that's.... really not that good for you. if you're eating all those chemicals, you're worse off than eating a tsp of sugar a day.

Tell that to the people who say "half of first time heart attack sufferers have low cholesterol." They don't realize that you can have a heart attack with low cholesterol if you've maintained high cholesterol over a lifetime.

Also I want to point out that there are people who do calorie count and calculate how much they burn... they're called anorexics. Not so much bulimics unless they're the kind who purge through over exercising. Anyways I am quick good at keeping a calorie/Carbs journal & burn off most of the amount in exercise or working on my garden. I usually round off to the highest number. :)

It's not just what you eat & how much of it you eat that effects your weight, but also how you eat it. I notice that people who are overweight/obese tend to eat faster than folks who are normal weight/underweight. When one eats fast he/she eats more because he/she don't take the time to chew the food & allow the fullness signals to work normally; whereas those who eat slow will eat less because the fullness signal is working normally. It's not just eat less/ exercise more; it's eat slower.

I LOVE Walden Farms. Zero calories on all yummy sauces and dressings. :) Huge fan of their chocolate syrup and peanut butter. Their ketchup isn't bad but I'm a mustard gal anyways. :) I hope some day they make a honey mustard sauce. They have a honey mustard mayo but I want it as a dipping sauce, not a mayo. :) Anyways I just wanted to add my love towards that brand. :) Peace be.
