blizzard and thunder snow of 2010

respectable blizzard on 26 december 2010 in new york. includes thunder snow and lightning -- notice how the air turns blue at about 1:50 and 1:56. winds were 65 mph at the peak of the storm, difficult to say how much snow because of drifting.

I have had this happen where I love in Nevada. Scared the heck out of me the first time i saw lightning light up the mountains around where i lived at the time. It was so awesome though

@marc0021 I lived in Seattle 23 years and can vouch for that ..... I was there for a visit this year for the Nov 21 storm that paralyzed the city with only 3 inches!
