A couple disclaimers:
The skills are shown pretty fast, so if you want to read the entire description, you may have to pause it.
Mirror image is not shown because it allows you to repeat a previous skill, so showing it would be pointless.
Rapid shots is only level 2 when I used it in the video, and I didn't feel like grinding with Zazi to get it up to level 5.
Each skill shown does something. There are no pointless clips in here, promise. The protection ones show damage being negated, and combat reflex shows the enemy hitting me getting damaged.
The song is called Sequel to the Letter by LITE.
To my knowledge, these are all of the skills in the game. Seeing as there is not an achievement for getting 100% of the accessories, I have no clear way of knowing unless someone catches one I'm missing or something.
A list of all the passive skills I have and what they do are as follows:
Virtue: Increase maximum health.
Colossal: Increase melee attack power.
Storm rage: Increase attack power dramatically when health is low.
Magic empower: Increase magic attack power.
Max magic: Increase attack power dramatically at the expense of health when magic skills are activated.
Heroism: Increase melee and magic attack power when health and orb gauges are at maximum.
Force armor: Increase maximum value of melee defense.
Resistance: Increase maximum value of magic defense.
Wind walk: Increase maximum value of movement speed.
Extend range: Increase maximum value of attack range.
Haste: Increase maximum value of attack speed.
Over attack: Damage enemy's defense.
Gift of mana: Increase orb gauge increment amounts.
Mana regeneration: Regenerate orb gauge over time.
Furious spark: Increase orb spark and orb attack damage.
Quick melee: Shorten the time required before melee skills can be used again.
Quick magic: Shorten the time required before magic skills can be used again.
Quick enchantment: Shorten the time required before enchantment skills can be used again.
Ethereal: Shorten the time required before any skills can be used again. Unable to heal orb gauge.
Vampiric life: Absorb and heal a certain amount of health when defeating enemies.
Deflect attack: Grants the potential to nullify damage incurred.
Paradigm shift: Convert damage taken to orb gauge.
Feather dance: Lengthen the duration of combos.
Quick draw: Shorten the time before any skill can be used again. (instant as opposed to overall cool time; happens only occasionally)
Dancing fire: Count fire status ailment damage toward combos.
Endure fire: Shorten the duration of fire status ailments.
Endure impact: Shorten the duration of unconscious status ailments.
Endure cold: Shorten the duration of frozen status ailments.
Endure curse: Shorten the duration of curse status ailments.
Endure elemental: Shorten the duration of all status ailments.
Burst aura: Increase the effective area of explosions.
Fire aura: Lengthen the duration of the fire status ailment.
Impact aura: Lengthen the duration of the unconscious status ailment.
Cold aura: Lengthen the duration of the frozen status ailment.
Burst chant: Cause explosions when attacking with weapons.
Fire chant: Burn enemies when attacking with weapons.
Impact chant: Knock enemies unconscious when attacking with weapons.
Cold chant: Freeze opponents when attacking with weapons.
Breath: Increase the number of soul points earned when defeating enemies with unique character actions.
Max blaze: Enhance explosion damage.
Bull rush: Increase the damage inflicted on surrounding enemies when enemies are thrown at them.
Dice of fortune: Increase the chance of obtaining items.
Big fortune: Increase the effects of consumable items found.
Keeness: Increase the power of flash attacks.
Drain soul: Increase the amount of soul points earned when defeating enemies.

And as to whether or not this is better than the first, yes and no. The skills/accessories are super awesome and you can level them up, along with your character and weapons, but I think the characters and combos are a lot more boring in this game than they were in the first.
