Cross Edge - Normal Battle Gameplay

My other Cross Edge videos were all Event battles, so here is what normal fighting looks like with a couple of standard battles.

The second battle shows just how annoying Elementals are. They get a near 100% avoidance to attacks near death so it's easier to just wait for an EX Skill and use that to kill them then carry on trying to Overkill.

A little disclaimer; This isn't a max damage, max combo or anything else video. I use characters I like rather than characters that chain well together.

How do you get the bars to show on the side of the characters? I don't see the option in the menu and all I ever get are the tiny bars underneath the characters.

Uhhh it's been a while since I played and I can't remember off hand but fiddle with the buttons during battle and you'll find it. It's probably one of the shoulder buttons.

Bro, I have to agree with your opinion of IGN. Honestly, I really don't count their reviews anymore, along with GS or any mainstream / big-name ones. I'll generally go with BlisteredThumbs or indie reviewers I find on my own, as they have a personal stake in whatever game they review: they bought it, along with the capture card and everything.

So, think this game's worth buying brand new? I'm gonna buy it either way, but I want your opinion first. xD
