Curtis Mayfield was a genious. Lyrics make little sense, but it doesn't matter, vibe takes you away.

Logging in from Wellington, New Zealand. This made #1 on the US R& B Charts and #5 on Billboard in 1964. It was a fairly big chart topper in New Zealand as well and went to #5 in March 1964.

@kathydaly1 I was about 7 or 8 years old when I last heard this song.I am now 54.This song is a truly classic.Wished the songs made today was this great.
