The USA should help the Mexican government build infrastructure to allow their cops to be more efficient, effective, and less corrupt. If Mexico and the US were more connected between our law enforcement agencies, it would be easier to tell if Juan Doe is looking to sell oranges or rape young girls. If the USA hadn't become such a weak pussy of a nation (government-wise and society-wise), we would EXECUTE EVERYONE who is convicted properly of Murder, Rape, etc.

There's enough sickos in the world already. Every single one of us will stand in God's presence to be judged, whether you believe that or not. They SHOULD give them water in places to prevent them from dying, but the border patrol should camp there, give them the water, and deport them. Perhaps even offer them a chance to register as a legal immigrant right on the spot (pending a background check to catch criminals).
