I'm a die hard Chevy man, but those little mavericks are sweet little cars. I'd own one and even leave a ford motor in it. Just don't tell my buddies I said that

I love these cars! Great built and sexy car! I want one!

Some day the Maverick will come into it's own. Until then, the smart ones will hold on to them.

'Cool car. '73 was the best year for the Maverick (except for the lack of a "Grabber" hood)...

Lol. Well, I've always been a die hard Ford guy. You're secret is safe with me. :)
I've owned an built over 10 Mavericks (even before they became more popular) This one was the second nicest one I've ever owned, but this one is by far the coolest and most radical. This car now belongs to my best friend. Thanks for the comments.

I think you're right. I am no longer the owner of this one, I just posted the video for my best friend. I've had a few real nice ones that I wish I could have kept.

I agree, a 73 with a 72 Grabber hood. My son found a 74. We put 73 bumpers and quarter extensions on it and a 72 Grabber hood. It really changed the look of the car. Of course the 18" wheels, a 9" disc brake rear end and a few other nice touches didn't hurt. Thanks for the comment.

is this car for sale???

@mudding456 This car belongs to my best friend. I doubt if he would consider selling it. But, I suppose anything is for sale if the price is right. This is an immaculate car that was built with much attention to detail and a lot of nice parts.
