Immigration Assignment

Nick has autism (severe). He created this video assignement for his social studies class. He entered the his key words into Google, saved the photos to a file, found the music that he liked from his world drumming music CD collection, and learned how to use Windows Movie Maker. His mom needed to help him learn how to trim the videos and look at the photos for meaning. NIck had most fun adjusting the transitions, picking colors, and selecting the animations. It was nice that Nick had this assignment, since he doesn't have a computer class right now. This helped him learn new computer skills, while learning more about World War 1 and Immigration. It took NIcholas longer to do this assignment than it may have taken other students, but he finished it and it was his own. Enjoy!
