This is my "Blair Witch" style video blog of my experience running the Monument in Richmond. I had never done a road race before and just recently started running longer distances. Finished the 10K in 49:29 for a pace of 7:57 per mile. Part of the fundraising for the event went to the VCU Massey Cancer Center so I decided to dedicate my run to Ashley's grandmother, Fran Cohen, who we call Mamama.
