Democracy

The National Initiative for Democracy is a proposed law developed by The Democracy Foundation, over the past decade, along with a plan to get it enacted by the people (not by the government) creating, for the first time, a government "by you, the people."

This video is the result of many months of work by many people, in cooperation with the Democracy Foundation and its staff.

There never has been a democracy in the United States. It is a facade.

Neither is there a party line divide. Both main parties are on in the same, both corrupt and ran by a small group of elitist who run the world.

i hope the empire[building] policies do crumble. that is what got us into this mess and not arguing even simple terminology. is how our rights and values of this country are being twisted and misused. if we want to repair this country we have to truly understand what we are and stand for first.

So my choice is to be in a system where I have no control over what selfish morons do.... OR be in 2 systems where I have no control over what selfish morons do.

The flaw in this is the idea that just because a person is not in government they must have my interests in mind.

the system we have is not even close to the ancient greek democracy. u get to vote 1 day every 4 years and most of the action of the goverment are against me and my rights. oh and in the same time they get filthy rich and bribe ppl to have them on their side. we need a change we need the mass of ppl to know their rights and what they want so they can take desicions about their land . i was born free and they say i owe the banks money !!!!!

Democracy is mob rule. Opressing the minorities and having the uneducated masses destroy everything. Issues get polarized and it becomes a state of eternal civil war.

You can not solve problems by using violence on innocent people. The penalties for all laws are up to and including death. You don't have the right to murder innocent people, so why should you get the right to "vote" someone to do it for you?

The founding fathers made it a republic and a democracy is run by the mob so they can tell 40% what to do and there is no freedom in that
