Model RW-12-3 from around 1952. Very early Lakewood with Redmond motor. Reverses by pivoting motor and blade assembly! Also uses a speed coil for speed control. The logo lists Lakewood's location as Chicago, 12 as in zip code 60612. Every other old Lakewood I have seen is Chicago, 7.
Hi...any plans on selling your window fan? I'm very interested in it. LMK. Thanks.

Nice fan, no wonder it has a roundish grille so when you reverse manually the fan, the blades will not hit the shroud.

That's a really neat looking fan! Never have seen a Lakewood of this age. I have seen Redmond motors also on Ampex tape recorders.

Love it! These where the first Lakewoods made, the one I posted on DT might be an earlier model. I just love that reverse feature!
