  • Am I the only one that was nervous the whole time the kid was holding that axe.

  • @donervin1 Its just a lil dig at you doner,no harm intended.the problem here is the hands go DIRECTLY to the ball in a downward path.his hands go STRAIGHT DOWN..in a pro swing the pro pivots and tens the barell with handle torque between the two hands..they help "turn the barrel" while striding forward.this drill is horrible doner..I know you want to teach palms up palms down at contact BUT you have to get there the correct way.. google baseballdebate proboards and join

  • @donervin1 ted williams would NEVER promote that downward path to the soccer field..yes he talked about the palm up palm down position..

  • nice intentions but promoting a downward swing..guys will OWN him outside..lol..with that bath path being ingrained in his practice swings you are asking for HUGE trouble.

  • unbelievable! I have some throwing knives we can teach him to catch with.

  • WHERE IS THIS KID"S HELMET??? Yeah, I want my kid swinging a freakin axe without a helmet. Moron father. "Honey? Call 911 because Timmy has an AXE STUCK IN HIS HEAD!!!"

  • Where do I find the video of this kid slips axe out of his hands and smashes door of that Civic behind him?

  • dude your terrible, look at griffey, matt holliday, carlos gonzalez, pujols, and ted williams , they all bar their arm , and you should let your son do what is comfortable for him, if he bends his front arm its taking away the energy that was loaded from the ground up and leaves him chopping at the ball with his arms. Ralphdee68 is right. terrible mechanics.

  • just lift weights

  • Not a good drill. Mechanics are terrible
