I remember when I first visited Tokyo. I'm from America and I had been to a lot of the big cities there, but Tokyo...it was a whole new experience. I mean it was literally like walking into a city in the future, like something you would see in a video game. There was so much going on around and so many different people doing different things it was overwhelming, I kind of just walked around in a trance. And you never lose that feeling you get while being there no matter how far away you get.

I do remember it being cold on the night I was in Yokohama/Chinatown,and the lights in the trees are a real Japanese Christmas thing, "Actually I do say say 'merry Christmas people" so yeah December mostly. so most of it was in the winter, but these were just snippets mashed together to give a mate an idea of Japan....By the look of my Aussie mates dresses in the 'Lost in Translation' New York Bar in the Park Hyatt, that may have very well been summer.
