Navy Musician Ben Coker pays homage to his primary rock guitar influence with solos from Eruption, Beautiful Girls, and Jump. These were performances with Four Star Edition in Norfolk, Virginia, and the Far East Edition Rock Band in Yokohoma, Japan and Sihanoukville, Cambodia.

The end clip was an impromptu interview before a show by Navy singer Paul Foster about an atonal 16th note-based warmup exercise.

  • @nanooman Oh. Well I'm not into that anymore. I'm in as BM.

    Good luck to you!

  • @amssk8rgrl777 You have to pass an audition, and it's not easy for instrumentalists. I am auditioning as a vocalist on Tuesday, which will be my second go round.

  • Holy shit, this guy is note for note...

    Nice playing, man.

  • Ben, I miss performing with you. You're such an amazing musician!

  • When you go as a musician, do they train you, or do you just have to know everything off hand?

  • Hey Ben,

Great playing as always. You da man.

  • Private Coker, where in the world ARE you???

    (and I mean that literally!!!!!!)

How's it going brother? Nothing like paying you to have the short hair and ROCK out! Sounding sweet bro'!

  • That's the best likness of VH playing I've heard I think. And the Navy uniform adds an interesting visual contrast.

  • F-ING GREAT!! SOUNDS AWESOME!! SOUND 110% better than the USNA & DC ROCK BANDS VIDEOS ON HERE!
