If your Edirol has some dead-keys. contact their tech support. They will tell you to do a full system re-set. This won't likely help. What will help is to ask them for a new set of button contact strips. They were about $25 for a full set. Take the top off the keyboard, carefully take off the keys (keeping them in order), and replace the rubber contact strips with the new ones, then re-assemble. Worked magic on mine. Hope that helps you too.

To the poster, it's not really helpful at all because:
1) You don't talk about any of the steps
2) The video is blurry and shot from a terrible angle to demonstrate what you're doing
3) The song is awful. But that's just my personal taste.

Just grab your pencil and color in the contacts and then put the pads back on.
