In the first part of the video, those three seats are the priority seats: for the elderly, pregnant, and injured.....yet, you see people seating there which do not meet those standards and even using their cellphones there (which is not allowed on that area).

@spartan117ism It's not a Series 7000. Series 7000 only operates on the Yurakucho Line and the Fukutoshin Line. That was a Series 6000.

It is not considered polite to eat on subway or other inner city trains. They sell food on the trains for longer distances and you can eat at your seat, usually with pull down table in front of you (like an airplane) or in dining car.
