Here are some of the koi on display at the 9th Malaysian Koi Show. Too many koi (747) to video, so I just captured koi in the big tanks.

Why are your koi in with other peoples koi? Is it a japanese style show.

@jakoi945 It's a bit of a long story. I had originally not intended to participate.

@jakoi945 Actually, winning prizes isn't really the important thing, at least to me. Somehow there is a certain thrill to preparing fish for a Show. I value the friendship bonds established from the hobby much more than physical prizes we receive. :-)

congratulations Paul! and thanks for uploading the vids, I realy enjoyed watching them, I must say I remain impressed by the amount and level of the participants :o (no koishow in europe comes close to this show) There are obviously many serious hobbyist in SE Asia...

@hooinc Yea I understand that. Meeting new people that are just as crazy about koi like yourself and learning at least one new thing about the hobby is my favorite thing about koi shows.
