I guess some are born as "leaders" among dalmatians.

Nixon is now 7 months and very dominating on other dogs. any idea why?
He's great but wondering why he wants to be so dominant?

I must have had bizaare dalmatians. I've had three of them now and I wish they were MORE energetic!

I think it is perfectly doable, will just have to be a little more patient i have trained a 4year old bitch and have just started with my second, a 5year old male takes a lot of time but the results are very rewarding just dont forget how smart they are, dont let them walk all over you!

ok so would it be insanely hard to train a 3 yr old dal? I just got her last week and she is very raw and actuaclly not even ur stereotypical hyper dalmatian...

So, I'm getting a female dalmatian this month and I'm going to be bringing her into obedience classes for the first time... I think you should make a few videos on what procedures the classes go through and what types of obedience classes there are. Oh yes, and about the dalmatian; they are also prone to sulking. Do I comfort the dog or do I allow her to sit it out and calm down?
