That is very cool. I never thought of the Dinovo Mini... I have an iGo stowaway that i use lots with the S5. It does have bigger keys than the mini...
I also have a Dinovo Edge for my media center that I have used with the S5 too. Dinovo mini is a great option though!
I have the Viliv S5 and the Dinovo mini, he is using his fingers to hold the S5 onto the lid of the keyboard. It works well, but it feels like the lid could break easily over time, or you could drop the S5 onto the floor.
How did you get the diNovo mini to work with the s5 without the usbdongle? I'm having trouble trying to get mine to work with it. I can pair it with the s5 but it the s5 doesn't respond to it. I have to use the usb dongle to get it to work instead.
Frozenlpaq has a good point. It looks like you are holding the Viliv in place with your fingers which would be a PITA. Maybe a strip of velcro or more permanent mod would work.
