  • that's not shaolin, don't disgrace the name

  • How many years boy?

  • I study with a 17yr Shaolin hardcore monk who pushes traditional training over what we come up with today. To us, if it's healthy and effect, any influential path to acceptance of this art form should be appreciated. Nice work with your student...Would you mind if I share a link on my business site? Thank you from Active Plateau Dynamics.

  • Its just plyometric strength training. If he was inspired by what he learned about Shaolin Monks using old school plyo training and wants to pay homage, so what? Both ancient and modern peoples found similar ways to express fundamental strength, conditioning, etc. Im sure greeks and every other ppls had similar popular excercises. Its just an homage to an ancient and historical practice chill on the nerd rage.

  • Lucky stall! I want to be stomped by that sexy boy

  • Two thumbs up.. If only people cared more about the arts, than the money...

  • I agree with your viewpoints. I am against the commercialism of Shaolin Kung Fu. It's far too easy for someone to learn for about a year, then put some pictures of some old master up in his school, and then start teaching. To even master one discipline takes many years of hard work, practicing not only fighting techniques, but intense conditioning and spirituality as well. Modern schools don't even practice meditation or teach philosophy to be a better person. Kung Fu is not an aerobics class!

  • I think that's my whole point, I'd really like to hear your response, other people's too. Please don't remove my comments.

  • it offends me that you use the monks from ShaoLin as bate to draw in punters, when you clearly don't understand what they stand for. Even more interesting, I'm not sure you know what 'ShaoLin' means, or you'd know the title of this video doesn't make sense. Please- teach people fitness if that's what you want to do. Don't pretend to teach something you don't understand, or anyone listening to you will know even less than I do about the monks from ShaoLin. I think that would be a great shame

  • with the way you yourself look. You don't look as I think someone who practices hard in the martial art from the temple of ShaoLin would look. I'm not sure what gives you the right to teach what you're teaching, when you don't seem to know, what I believe they taught. To be frank, your partnership with 'expert village' and having your internet sites plastered all over your walls- says to me you're in it for the money.
