  • The only reason bush got reelected was all the anti-gay marriage amendments that where put on the ballots in places like Ohio and other swing states. People that voted for the anti-gay marriage ballots voted something like 70 or 80% for bush. Yep, nothing brings out the republican base like blind hatred of people different than them. Go go religious right...as anti American as it gets.

  • I love this guy! I just watched several posts and he is very articulate and able to put things in ways that are easy to understand. Well done. And his logic is good when it comes to his conclusion that there are those that don't want a fair vote.

  • Charles Barkley tells it as it is. Showing you the truth about how much Republicans care about your vote being counted or that it counts at all.

  • Cenk, you talk about Republicans as if we all share the same consciousness. News flash: Republicans disagree with each other. There are conservatives & moderates within the party. I'm a Republican who is pro-choice. I don't always agree w/ members of my party. The way to have a fair election is to limit the corporate funding & make all the ballots paper instead of computerized.

  • In a democratic society, there is no worse sin, no greater wrongdoing than denying a fair vote. There is absolutely no moral and rational excuse for the Republican's behavior on this issue. It shows how deeply corrupt the entire GOP has become.

  • "I swear to god I have an open mind about this stuff... I really do."

well, after all who are we to argue with a proven fact? If you say you're not a hack, well by gum, who am I to stand in the way of truth?

  • We can have voting the same way there are products sold on the Internet. There are descriptions, ratings, and records of peoples purchases of products. We can surely do the same for voting on each bill. The key is to keep blogging this issue, collect many ideas and then petition for Internet Voting to be put into law. Let the free market of ideas bring Internet Voting on Every Bill into reality. We can have our politicians write up the bills and we can be the deciders in a direct way.
