いやいや大げさなタイトルになっちゃいました!!
でも、こうしてギョーザを焼いて最後に水を入れるときに、
薄力粉をちょっと水の中に入れるとパリパリのギョーザに仕上がります。

しっかり木蓋で蒸すので本当にギョーザガ美味しい!!
プロもうなる美味しさです。
