@DevilsandDragons no way the highest level a pokemon can ever be is level 100 so a level 200 gyrados is impossable to get so you sir are a liar

@battlexon well he started at level 50 when i caught him at lake rage and I used him in most of my battles (along with alakazam and Typholsion) and by the time I reached red he was level 190 and after I beat him I just kept training him till he reached level two hundred I was hoping hed learn hyper beam but he never did.
