My first flight as PIC on a Cirrus SR22 G2/GTS out of Chicago Executive Airport. In this video we traveled to Burlington, WI and performed a touch and go before returning to KPWK. This was on Columbus Day and there was a storm. Upon departure I had my first experience flying through the rain which was amazing! The Avidynes helped enormously with avoiding the weather. If you can get a chance to fly this airplane I do recommend you go for it!

  • Just an update, I recently flew the SR20, very similar panel set up, it feels exactly the same as the SR22, maybe cause of the airfoils? Anyways, it felt all the same minus the speed factor.
