I work for Karcher North America, and this machine is amazing, won't do everything of course, but for tile and glass and furniture, wonderful!

Honestly too many cuts in the video make the results look faked. And you kind of give a lack of information like fill capacity, warm up time, cool down time between fills, average time of use per tank. Also would be nice to know if it was fillable while turned on. All of which could have been added into the video as text during editing.

Having used 3 steam cleaners, I can say they don't work well.
