Should BNP members be banned from teaching and the clergy? ( 1 )

As it happens the members of the Synod voted for a ban to stop clergy and church staff members joining the British National Party. They voted as follows: [The decision, by 322 votes to 13 with 20 abstentions, was made despite a warning from the secretary-general, William Fittall, that it could be challenged in a court or an employment tribunal. Since the BNP is not a proscribed political party, it is lawful to be a member. Merely being a member of it could not, therefore, provide a basis for disciplinary proceedings against a member of the clergy.] This motion was proposed by Vasantha Gnanadoss, a woman born in India who now tells the British how to act and behave. In his speech made in Birmingham 1968, Enoch Powell spoke of a constituent he met out on the street, and here is what this man had to say to Powell: "I have three children, all of them been through grammar school and two of them married now, with family. I shan't be satisfied till I have seen them all settled overseas. In this country in 15 or 20 years' time the black man will have the whip hand over the white man." Prophetic, or what? Getting back to this debate I thought that Barnbrook was very weak, he also seemed confused as to what the BNP actually stood for, or at least, I am assuming that is the case. Unless there are legal barriers it would appear that clergy will be prevented from becoming BNP members, and it does not take a rocket scientist to work out that teaching will not be too far behind in being denied them. Which profession will follow after that is anyones guess I would say; but there will be more, of that I have no doubt. In less than fifty years on current trends, white people will be a minority in Britain. Now ask yourself if this new minority [whites] will be shown the tolerance, and given the power that ethnic minorities of today's Britain have. If you believe that when whites are a minority everything will be hunky dory; then carry on regardless. But if you have your doubts, isnt it time you did something about them? For the record I am not a BNP member, but that doesnt stop me fearing the future. Finally, they mentioned a large anti-BNP campaign during the Tameside by-election mounted by the UAF, the results were: Labour 1,379 45.6% +9.1 BNP 889 29.4% +1.9 Con 485 16.0% -7.8 LibDem 172 5.7% -6.5 Green 69 2.3% n/a UKIP 33 1.1% n/a

It is true that the extreme left and the extreme right are treated very differently. It is seen as okay to be far left (several leading politicians have been). If you are far right you are seen as the devil, and on programmes like this you are demonised. I am neither a BNP or a far left revolutionary communist, but there does seem to be double standards, and it could be argued that both are as bad as the other.

Hmmm i know, we will take full advantage of democracy in the western world to suit our needs and we love democracy so much, but im afraid we can not have clever fully trained teachers in schools that support the B.N.P, what a joke, these people are not english and hate themselves too much and hate anyone with different views to them aswell. The liberal elite don't want English kids to be taught pride in their heritage and their nation, but teach them all about slavery and the holocaust. Ban Nationalists from being teachers? Isn't it about time Internationalists were banned from being teachers?

Asserting Britain has not always been a mongrel nation is nonsense. Aside from the myriad other white peoples that came to live here, the entirety of Europe was heavily mixed with the peoples of asia and north Africa by way of Persian and Roman expansionism. We too find different races side by side in prehistoric graves in the British isles.
