I'm wondering if you know that LED is just an LCD with another type of illumination and there is no difference at all in terms of image quality. The only difference is the energy consumption.

@GhostHawk76 Lcd was never the best. Plasma is better in every way compared to a lcd television. I actually know because I own both.

@GhostHawk76 All you said is BULLSHIT. I have a 42 inch panasonic plasma and im going to correct you.

1. 2010-2011 plasma models consume AS MUCH AS ENERGY AS LCD TVs.

2. If a cell (pixel) dies on a plasma,only that cell turns to a black dot,on a LCD,the whole vertical line goes black.

3. All 3D TVs (PLASMA AND LCD) harm your eyes. If you want 3D,buy a new generation 3D PLASMA OR LCD THAT DONT NEED GLASSES.

You seem like you know nothing about TVs.
