@rleary1 My mistake, I meant the 19th Amendment.

Of course NOW is right there to make an ass of itself. The Israelis learned a long time ago, women should not serving in combat. Women should be serving in support roles - think about it, because if you think differently you are either an ass or you're not thinking!

Iraqi girls won't have them. Our boys can fuck each other or bring their own girls.

You didn't have to get pregnant. You could have been on the pill, on a patch, used a condom and had emergency contraception in case it broke. You also could have aborted.

It's a rhetorical device called "sarcasm". My real belief is that women should be eligable for combat duty and combat pay and that US Soldiers who disable themselves by falling pregnant should face court marshal. So should their baby daddy.

@ rleary1, if we can't avoid falling pregnant on the job, I suppose we should turn in our shoes and go back to our kitchens. "Family Values" and all that. We can become brood mares like Sarah Palin. And the Saud's seem to have been right all along--women are too feeble minded and likely to err on the side of getting knocked up to be allowed out of the house without a male escort of relatives. We probably shouldnt drive either, accident prone as we are.
The General is right. He didn't prohibit sex, just the consequences of unprotected sex, namely pregnancy.

These soldiers must have CONDOMS available! And women soldiers sent to war MUST have birth control pills available, if they plan to have unprotected sex!! But they must keep in mind that they are not sent to war to make babies! What the fuck??!! That's as dumb as Terry O'Neill's statement on this video!!
