The European / Dutch filmmaker Marijn Poels has won an international film award on the Picture this... International film festival Calgary with his documentary "The Voice of 650 Million Times One". Therefore he filmed extensively in the Kiberaslum and surroundings and interviewed a number of people living with a disability. A speech of Poels where he's proclaiming his determination of bringing the award back to the Kiberaslum where he will integrate the award in a solid monument in the middle of the slum. A symbol for the power of persons with a disability who dear to stand up and speak in the name of human rights...
