...if Earth were not "warming" we'd all be freezing: Clear to the equator! This has occurred numerous times...as crustal core-samples bear out...cycles from 'hell' -relevant to 'us'. Space is cold...'cold' in the Kelvin scale...which is why space is constantly sucking life-sustaining heat from earth- until earth becomes a cratered, cold-dry rocky chunk...or burned-up by a dying, red-giant sun...whichever comes first...Nature, unlike mans' political parties- takes the easiest route to simplicity.

hurricanes have always happened. wildfires have always happened. Polar bears have always had to swim through cold water. Ice calves of glacial margins at sea level -- it HAS to. Global temperatures are cooler now than they have been at many times in Earth's history. CO2 levels are far below what they have been in the past. depending on the timescale you look at, the earth can be seen as cooling. not saying buying hybrids and turning your lights off is bad, but lets at least learn the science.
