In this week's Cass Talks, professors Joseph Lampel and Ajay Bhalla discuss the findings of their 2010 report which examined the structure and strength of employee owned businesses.
Their results demonstrated that the business model was both robust and prosperous. Subsequently this model has been singled out by the coalition government as an area for development in the wake of the financial crisis.
